We ship worldwide, delivering fashion accessories, athletic wear, footwear, jewelry, and outerwear to customers across the globe.

2. Delivery Method
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. You will pay for your order in full upon receiving it.

3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Domestic orders: 4–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–15 business days

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistical constraints beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. In some regions, free shipping may apply when meeting minimum order values (if applicable and promoted).

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email or SMS with tracking details if tracking is available for your region.

7. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will make at least one or more attempts to deliver your order. If no one is available at the time of delivery, you may be contacted to reschedule. Failure to receive the package may result in cancellation.

8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Olivia Nest is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country’s laws. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and any supporting photos or documents.
