- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delayed delivery due to external factors.

3. Return Approval and Pickup
Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate the pickup of the item from your address. Please ensure the product is securely packed and ready for collection.
4. Refund Policy
Since we operate only with Cash on Delivery (COD):
- We do not provide cash refunds.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a replacement item for the value of the returned product, valid for future purchases.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items returned after the 48-hour window
6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In most eligible cases, return shipping is covered by Olivia Nest. If return conditions are not met, you may be responsible for return shipping.
